Please note the Dress Code: National's Dress Code requires Smart-Casual attire for ladies and gentlemen. Smart-Casual attire is defined as khaki slacks and Bermuda shorts, shirts with collars and loafers for men. Shorts, skirts or slacks for women with loafers or sandals. Shirts must be buttoned and tucked in, and all hats and caps must be removed when inside the clubhouse. Not Permitted: collared shirts open more than one button, untucked shirts, blue jeans, cargo shorts, t-shirts, spandex, open midriffs, leggings, extremely short hemlines, or sneakers.

Registration is $500 per golfer.
